Our dresses and tiaras are supplied in a box with acid free tissue paper, which is designed to keep the contents safe and without damaging their colour.
Please note that although all our dresses are pressed prior to despatch, as they are boxed, they will inevitably need repressing. It is advisable to hang up your dress as soon as it arrives.

Returns
As our dresses are made specifically to order, we are not able to accept any returns unless the dress arrives damaged or is not the dress that was ordered. Dresses are fully checked before despatch.
